My corporate journey began long ago as a sales representative for the Campbell Soup company. Many transfers and much travel later, I became chief of sales and later moved into a senior position with the Mars Corporation.

This was followed by further corporate adventures and community roles.
Buying a business on North Stradbroke Island significantly changed the direction I was going in, but didn’t change the questions I was persistently intrigued by. I continued to ask myself - ‘how do we grow ourselves?’And in particular, how do we grow ourselves as leaders?

My journey continued through many conversations with wise elders and wilderness experiences with indigenous people of many backgrounds. From this, Seven Generations was created – a vehicle to explore, share and grow the leader within.
