How Do I Begin
Find some still water, a pond or a puddle. Drop a small pebble into the water and watch the concentric rings move out into that calmness, spreading that energy!

That’s what leaders do – spread the energy!
Sometimes a ripple!
Sometimes a powerful wave!
…but always at the centre of these rings is the leader!

The planet needs leaders, Real Leaders – the ones that lead from integrity ‘from inside out’ and whose vision embraces the understanding that the simpler and more in tune with the laws of nature it is the longer it will endure.

I Am Leader is about the center – the leader.
His /Her Intent, Gifts and Vision.

Over 3 days and 2 nights you are invited to immerse yourself in the natural world. To slow down, take time out and connect with your own expression of leadership from the inside out. So you can offer your gifts in service to your people.

Day 1
Focuses on clarifying your intentions as a leader.
Who is this person I am?
What makes my heart sing?
How do I identify my gifts?
What is my model to lead in a healthy, balanced and sustained way?
Do I have a vision?
What contribution do I want to make to future generations?
We will use ancient tools such as: - The Art of Council, The Medicine Wheel. Together we create a community to support to guide your quest.

Day 2
I Am Leader is a challenge. It challenges you to step into the space of ‘no time,’ ‘no destination,’ just you and nature from dawn to dusk. To wander, to sit, to fast, and to listen and look deeply into the mirror of nature and your intentions. At sunset we feast and share in Council.

Day 3
Now the real work begins!
Incorporating the insights into your way of being - knowing that you are that pebble in the centre of your concentric rings.
Many there are who have visions – few there are who make their visions real!
The key to Vision is action - the ‘doing of the vision.’
We explore this doing and the connection between the pebble and the energy that is being spread.
Now is the time to return - and walk your walk
